Cupping marks
Cupping therapy is one of my favorite healing modalities—and for good reason. The image above shows the results of a cupping session, where the circular discolorations are known as cupping marks. While they may look intense, these marks are completely normal and painless. They're simply a sign that stagnant energy, toxins, and tension are being pulled to the surface, where the body can begin to process and release them.
